Tips for Strong Prompts
- Start with the decision or task you’re trying to move forward (e.g., “I need to prepare talking points for my team meeting”).
- Apply any relevant dashboard filters first, then ask your question (e.g. department, location).
- Include specific context ( e.g. group, timeframe, and topic).
- Use the exact labels from your dashboard when referencing specific items or categories (e.g., “Intent to Stay,” “Manager Support”).
- Ask follow-up questions to go deeper, compare groups, or request examples.
- Treat Assist as a thought partner: ask for next steps, coaching strategies, or communication drafts, not just summaries of results.
- Keep questions simple and focused—one topic at a time.
