Leanne BuehlerManaging Partner & Vice President of Consulting Solutions
With 20+ years of professional experience in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Dr. Leanne Buehler, Managing Partner and Vice President of Consulting Solutions at Newmeasures, is responsible for helping organizations achieve results through the use of innovative survey tools that align stakeholder experiences with culture and business objectives. Leanne works extensively with Executive Leadership teams to design, implement and act upon feedback to align culture and experiences with organizational strategy and goals.
Lee StroudManaging Partner & Vice President of Operations
Lee Stroud, M.A. is Managing Partner and Vice President of Operations. Lee leads the Newmeasures implementation team responsible for designing and executing strategic survey programs. Her degree in I/O Psychology gives her the skills and background to effectively balance science and practical application to help clients create a listening culture. She also plays an integral role in managing the sales function and managing partner relationships.
Madison HanscomSenior Consultant
As a Senior Consultant at Newmeasures, Dr. Madison Hanscom uses her experience in organizational science to diagnose problems and build solutions. With years of experience in applied research, Madison leverages her knowledge in research methods, design, and statistics to develop and administer assessments. Madison enjoys translating data for practical use and partnering with clients to create better workplaces.
Kari LokenSenior Consultant
As a Senior Insights Consultant and I/O Psychologist, Kari Loken, M.S. has vast expertise in leadership and talent development, people and culture strategy, and organizational effectiveness. By applying psychological principles and using a data-driven approach to solve problems, she provides rich insights that drive systemic change. Kari closely collaborates with clients to help build strategies to improve employee engagement, develop leadership, and exceed organizational goals. She cares deeply about the employee experience and how people engage with their organizations to do their best work.
Genicia PeguesInsights Consultant
Genicia is an Insights Consultant who is dedicated to increasing organizational engagement, offering curated business solutions and achieving goal-driven results. She leverages her previous leadership and operations experience in the non-profit and for-profit sectors to help organizations overcome their challenges. She recently earned her Master of Arts degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from the University of Georgia. During her time in graduate school, Genicia consulted to several organizations, to include developing a competency model for a leading, global automaker and developing mindfulness training for a private university. Genicia takes pride in offering a fun, high-quality experience for her clients.
Alicia ThomasImplementation Specialist
Alicia supports clients during their survey project, ensuring all details are coordinated and delivered accordingly. She works closely with the team to logistically spec out, develop, and implement survey projects. Her ability to build strong relationships with clients, manage projects, look for operational opportunities, and attend to logistical needs makes her a critical member of the Newmeasures team. Prior to joining Newmeasures, Alicia was a Project Manager and R & D Administrative Assistant. She received a BS in marketing and management from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. In her free time, Alicia enjoys dancing, camping, shopping, volunteering, and spending time with her family.
Callie RushtonImplementation Specialist
As an Implementation Specialist at Newmeasures, Callie strives to deliver an exceptional experience to clients as they work to gather meaningful employee feedback and make positive organizational change. With a degree in Human and Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University, she is passionate about using data and best practices to help organizations improve the wellbeing of their employees, achieve strategic goals, and create awesome places to work. Outside of the office, she likes to enjoy all Colorado has to offer: skiing, rock climbing, camping, and spending time with her friends.
Brittany JohnsonImplementation Specialist
Brittany focuses on collaborating with clients to ensure that they are receiving excellent service as well as obtaining actionable feedback to make informed changes within the workplace. She obtained her Masters in Applied Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Colorado State University. Prior to joining Newmeasures, she administered employee surveys and pre-employment testing for a variety of different organizations. Brittany is excited to work with clients to implement surveys that will ultimately help to make a better workplace and further engage employees of various organizations around the world. When she is not working, Brittany likes to garden, spend time with her dogs, and do her part to help the environment.
Alyse MattesonImplementation & Marketing Specialist
Alyse is dedicated to equipping clients to deliver exceptional employee experiences through data-informed strategy and action. As a previous client of Newmeasures, Alyse has a deep understanding of client needs and strives to deliver expert project management and technical support to ensure smooth, effective and successful projects. With blended experience in employee engagement, internal communications and marketing, as well as with a degree in Journalism from the University of Missouri - Columbia, Alyse brings a comprehensive perspective and a detail-oriented approach to the projects she supports. Away from work, Alyse enjoys staying active outdoors, trying out new restaurants and hanging out with friends, family and her hound dog, Opus.
Austin SouthardImplementation Specialist
Austin is a tech- and data-driven individual who is passionate about learning and solving complex problems. As an implementation Specialist at Newmeasures, Austin seeks to find the story being told by the data and use these insights to provide tailored solutions that lead to positive organizational change. A degree in psychology From Colorado State University - with a focus in Industrial and Organizational Psychology - provides meaningful perspective to any project in which Austin is participating. Away from the office Austin spends as much time as possible with his wife and pets, doing anything and everything outdoors, from backpacking to snowboarding, as well as reading sci-fi /fantasy novels and baking.
Milagros SmithImplementation Specialist
Milagros aids in developing surveys for clients at Newmeasures. As an Implementation Specialist, she works to make complex data technologies an easy and streamlined process for customers. With a background in project management and a degree in Women's Studies, Milagros is efficient and flexible with diversity in projects and people. Her ultimate goal is to make business leaders feel empowered in understanding how to use survey data and technologies to better implement insights into their organization's ecosystem. In her spare time, Milagros enjoys yoga, baking, and hanging out with her family and friends.
Baadrea BagleySenior Consultant
As a Senior Consultant, Baadrea’s insights come from working with a diverse population in corporations, sole proprietorships, non-profits, hospitals, and county agencies. This diversity means she has “seen it all” and is rarely surprised by the breadth or depth of challenges in corporate leadership. Clients have particularly noted her expertise in urgently growing crucial technical talent into leadership roles, cultural transformation, mergers, and working with high potential leaders who may be unaware of behaviors not conducive to their own growth or that of the organization.

As a Senior Consultant on the Newmeasures team and a recent senior executive in both startups and a Fortune 100 company, Hal brings leadership theory into reality with everyday leadership challenges. Among his experience, Hal has led a Fortune 100 company of 15,000 people through cultural and process driven transformation and has thrived through mergers, both personally and as a consultant. Through the combination of coaching, management of the core inner self and business consulting, Hal teaches leaders to be more introspective, intentional, confident in the face of challenges, impactful, visionary and fulfilled.
