Lee StroudPrincipal and President
Lee Stroud, M.A. is Newmeasures’ Principal and President. Lee has been helping leaders leverage employee surveys and talent assessment data to guide critical business decisions for more than 20 years. Lee’s extensive experience and her degree in I/O Psychology give her the skills to effectively balance science and practical application when helping clients create a listening culture. Lee is particularly passionate about demonstrating the bottom-line impact of the employee experience. Her belief that listening programs should be aligned with each organization’s strategy is foundational to the Newmeasures approach.
Leanne BuehlerPrincipal and Science & Innovation Advisor
With 20+ years of professional experience in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and employee listening programs, Dr. Leanne Buehler, Principal and Science and Innovation Advisor, is responsible for guiding Newmeasures research, product development and thought leadership. Leanne has supported clients in implementing innovative listening strategies that give executives the insight they need to lead in an ever-changing environment and build best-in-class work cultures.
Wendy MackVice President
Wendy Mack, Newmeasures' Vice President, has been helping business and HR leaders transform their organizations for more than two decades. Her deep knowledge and practical experience in all aspects of organization development and change management enable her to advise clients as they develop strategic approaches to employee listening. Wendy is a recognized thought leader and an author of numerous books and articles on the topics of leadership, learning, change, and communication.
Christine MurphySenior Solutions Strategist
As Senior Solutions Strategist with Newmeasures, Dr. Christine Murphy uses her training in Industrial/Organizational Psychology along with 20+ years of experience advising organizations on Employee Selection, Engagement, and Performance Management projects to craft tailored solutions for each client’s unique needs. Her personal passion for health and well-being, aligned with perspective from work with over 100 companies spanning virtually every industry, shapes her approach to solving organizational challenges and boosting employee engagement and performance.
Madison HanscomSenior Consultant
As a Senior Consultant at Newmeasures, Dr. Madison Hanscom uses her experience in organizational science to diagnose problems and build solutions. With years of experience in applied research, Madison leverages her knowledge in research methods, design, and statistics to develop and administer assessments. Madison enjoys translating data for practical use and partnering with clients to create better workplaces.
Kari LokenSenior Consultant
As a Senior Insights Consultant and I/O Psychologist, Kari Loken, M.S. has vast expertise in leadership and talent development, people and culture strategy, and organizational effectiveness. By applying psychological principles and using a data-driven approach to solve problems, she provides rich insights that drive systemic change. Kari closely collaborates with clients to help build strategies to improve employee engagement, develop leadership, and exceed organizational goals. She cares deeply about the employee experience and how people engage with their organizations to do their best work.
Genicia PeguesInsights Consultant
Genicia is an Insights Consultant who is dedicated to increasing organizational engagement, offering curated business solutions and achieving goal-driven results. She leverages her previous leadership and operations experience in the non-profit and for-profit sectors to help organizations overcome their challenges. She recently earned her Master of Arts degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from the University of Georgia. During her time in graduate school, Genicia consulted to several organizations, to include developing a competency model for a leading, global automaker and developing mindfulness training for a private university. Genicia takes pride in offering a fun, high-quality experience for her clients.
Callie RushtonImplementation Specialist
As an Implementation Specialist at Newmeasures, Callie strives to deliver an exceptional experience to clients as they work to gather meaningful employee feedback and make positive organizational change. With a degree in Human and Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University, she is passionate about using data and best practices to help organizations improve the wellbeing of their employees, achieve strategic goals, and create awesome places to work. Outside of the office, she likes to enjoy all Colorado has to offer: skiing, rock climbing, camping, and spending time with her friends.
Brittany JohnsonImplementation Specialist
Brittany focuses on collaborating with clients to ensure that they are receiving excellent service as well as obtaining actionable feedback to make informed changes within the workplace. She obtained her Masters in Applied Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Colorado State University. Prior to joining Newmeasures, she administered employee surveys and pre-employment testing for a variety of different organizations. Brittany is excited to work with clients to implement surveys that will ultimately help to make a better workplace and further engage employees of various organizations around the world. When she is not working, Brittany likes to garden, spend time with her dogs, and do her part to help the environment.
Meadow HardyImplementation Specialist
Meadow is passionate about taking a holistic, data-driven approach to help clients collect meaningful employee feedback and identify areas of strength, opportunity, and growth within their organizations. She strives to create an exceptional client experience by listening and tailoring solutions that meet their needs. Her Master’s in Public Health from the Colorado School of Public Health, as well as her experience in employee health and wellness, guides her work in equipping clients with the tools to drive positive organizational change and foster healthier, happier, and more engaged workplaces. In addition to being an Implementation Specialist, she is an avid thrifter, outdoor adventurer, bookworm, and health enthusiast.
Molly WeisshaarImplementation Specialist
Molly is passionate about helping people deeply hear one another. She strives to use data as a way to elevate an organization’s understanding of strengths and opportunities without erasing the “humanness” of the experience. At Newmeasures, Molly collaborates with clients to activate on customized solutions that support the organization’s needs. Molly obtained her Master’s in Counseling Psychology from Colorado State University. Prior to joining Newmeasures, Molly was a collegiate academic success coach and instructor. She also worked with a SaaS startup to help build a strengths-based performance management platform. Outside of work, Molly loves spending time outside – hiking, camping, climbing, biking, skiing, gardening, birdwatching, and soaking in all of Colorado’s wonderful seasons.
Baadrea BagleySenior Consultant
As a Senior Consultant, Baadrea’s insights come from working with a diverse population in corporations, sole proprietorships, non-profits, hospitals, and county agencies. This diversity means she has “seen it all” and is rarely surprised by the breadth or depth of challenges in corporate leadership. Clients have particularly noted her expertise in urgently growing crucial technical talent into leadership roles, cultural transformation, mergers, and working with high potential leaders who may be unaware of behaviors not conducive to their own growth or that of the organization.
Hal BagleySenior Consultant
As a Senior Consultant on the Newmeasures team and a recent senior executive in both startups and a Fortune 100 company, Hal brings leadership theory into reality with everyday leadership challenges. Among his experience, Hal has led a Fortune 100 company of 15,000 people through cultural and process driven transformation and has thrived through mergers, both personally and as a consultant. Through the combination of coaching, management of the core inner self and business consulting, Hal teaches leaders to be more introspective, intentional, confident in the face of challenges, impactful, visionary and fulfilled.
