With a degree in Human and Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University, she is passionate about using data and best practices to help organizations improve the wellbeing of their employees, achieve strategic goals, and create awesome places to work. Outside of the office, she likes to enjoy all Colorado has to offer: skiing, rock climbing, camping, and spending time with her friends.

Prior to joining Newmeasures, she administered employee surveys and pre-employment testing for a variety of different organizations. Brittany is excited to work with clients to implement surveys that will ultimately help to make a better workplace and further engage employees of various organizations around the world. When she is not working, Brittany likes to garden, spend time with her dogs, and do her part to help the environment.
