Lee StroudPrincipal and President
Lee Stroud, M.A. is Newmeasures’ Principal and President. Lee has been helping leaders leverage employee surveys and talent assessment data to guide critical business decisions for more than 20 years. Lee’s extensive experience and her degree in I/O Psychology give her the skills to effectively balance science and practical application when helping clients create a listening culture. Lee is particularly passionate about demonstrating the bottom-line impact of the employee experience. Her belief that listening programs should be aligned with each organization’s strategy is foundational to the Newmeasures approach.
Wendy MackVice President
Wendy Mack, Newmeasures' Vice President, has been helping business and HR leaders transform their organizations for more than two decades. Her deep knowledge and practical experience in all aspects of organization development and change management enable her to advise clients as they develop strategic approaches to employee listening. Wendy is a recognized thought leader and an author of numerous books and articles on the topics of leadership, learning, change, and communication.
Callie RushtonDirector of Implementation
As Director of Implementation at Newmeasures, Callie strives to deliver an exceptional experience to clients as they work to gather meaningful employee feedback and make positive organizational change. With a degree in Human and Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University, she is passionate about using data and best practices to help organizations improve the wellbeing of their employees, achieve strategic goals, and create awesome places to work. Outside of the office, she likes to enjoy all Colorado has to offer: skiing, rock climbing, camping, and spending time with her friends.
Christine MurphySenior Solutions Strategist
As Senior Solutions Strategist with Newmeasures, Dr. Christine Murphy uses her training in Industrial/Organizational Psychology along with 20+ years of experience advising organizations on Employee Selection, Engagement, and Performance Management projects to craft tailored solutions for each client’s unique needs. Her personal passion for health and well-being, aligned with perspective from work with over 100 companies spanning virtually every industry, shapes her approach to solving organizational challenges and boosting employee engagement and performance.
Madison HanscomDirector of People Science
As a Director or People Science at Newmeasures, Dr. Madison Hanscom uses her experience in organizational science to diagnose problems and build solutions. With years of experience in applied research, Madison leverages her knowledge in research methods, design, and statistics to develop and administer assessments. Madison enjoys translating data for practical use and partnering with clients to create better workplaces.
Crystal RobertsonSenior Consultant
Crystal Robertson, Senior Consultant, has experience supporting organizations in quality and process improvement, change management, and leadership coaching. Crystal has more than 15 years of experience leading individuals and teams in the healthcare industry. She combines science and practice to help leaders build effective and high-performing organizations by aligning strategy to business outcomes and creating work environments where employees can thrive.
Diane WismerSenior Consultant
As a Senior Consultant, Diane brings 20 years of experience in Leadership, Organizational Development, and Operations in the for-profit and nonprofit sectors. From start-ups to Fortune 500 companies, she’s helped organizations build the kind of environments where people thrive and do their best work. She’s a people-centered partner on large-scale change and culture initiatives utilizing organizational assessment and design. She’s also a Gallup-Certified Strengths coach and Be Well Lead Well Pulse® Guide.
Genicia PeguesInsights Consultant
Genicia is an Insights Consultant who is dedicated to increasing organizational engagement, offering curated business solutions and achieving goal-driven results. She leverages her previous leadership and operations experience in the non-profit and for-profit sectors to help organizations overcome their challenges. She recently earned her Master of Arts degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from the University of Georgia. During her time in graduate school, Genicia consulted to several organizations, to include developing a competency model for a leading, global automaker and developing mindfulness training for a private university. Genicia takes pride in offering a fun, high-quality experience for her clients.
Brittany JohnsonImplementation Specialist
Brittany focuses on collaborating with clients to ensure that they are receiving excellent service as well as obtaining actionable feedback to make informed changes within the workplace. She obtained her Masters in Applied Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Colorado State University. Prior to joining Newmeasures, she administered employee surveys and pre-employment testing for a variety of different organizations. Brittany is excited to work with clients to implement surveys that will ultimately help to make a better workplace and further engage employees of various organizations around the world. When she is not working, Brittany likes to garden, spend time with her dogs, and do her part to help the environment.
Meadow HardyImplementation Specialist
Meadow is passionate about taking a holistic, data-driven approach to help clients collect meaningful employee feedback and identify areas of strength, opportunity, and growth within their organizations. She strives to create an exceptional client experience by listening and tailoring solutions that meet their needs. Her Master’s in Public Health from the Colorado School of Public Health, as well as her experience in employee health and wellness, guides her work in equipping clients with the tools to drive positive organizational change and foster healthier, happier, and more engaged workplaces. In addition to being an Implementation Specialist, she is an avid thrifter, outdoor adventurer, bookworm, and health enthusiast.
Molly WeisshaarImplementation Specialist
Molly is passionate about helping people deeply hear one another. She strives to use data as a way to elevate an organization’s understanding of strengths and opportunities without erasing the “humanness” of the experience. At Newmeasures, Molly collaborates with clients to activate on customized solutions that support the organization’s needs. Molly obtained her Master’s in Counseling Psychology from Colorado State University. Prior to joining Newmeasures, Molly was a collegiate academic success coach and instructor. She also worked with a SaaS startup to help build a strengths-based performance management platform. Outside of work, Molly loves spending time outside – hiking, camping, climbing, biking, skiing, gardening, birdwatching, and soaking in all of Colorado’s wonderful seasons.
Mary Alice NicholsImplementation Specialist
As an Implementation Specialist, Mary Alice helps clients achieve exceptional results by blending her passion for using data with her excitement for helping people. Mary Alice is known for her thoughtful approach to program management which includes keeping a close eye to detail, using data to guide all decisions, and maintaining a positive outlook. Prior to joining Newmeasures, she worked in project management roles for Care and Share Food Bank, TRG Arts, and the Alliance Theatre. Outside of work she is an active volunteer in the Colorado Springs community and enjoys being outdoors in any way she can.
Marti MartinImplementation Specialist
Surveys and the impact of their results are Marti’s passion. The ability to make a positive impact and influence change fuels her. Helping clients achieve their goals with a strategic plan is what led her to Newmeasures. Marti came to Newmeasures with 6+ years of Qualtrics experience in both the mortgage and healthcare industries. She loves her Alma mater, Michigan State University, where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Humanities. Prior to switching careers into survey implementation, Marti was a sports reporter.
