She also plays an integral role in managing the sales function and managing partner relationships.

Alicia supports clients during their survey project, ensuring all details are coordinated and delivered accordingly. She works closely with the team to logistically spec out, develop, and implement survey projects. Her ability to build strong relationships with clients, manage projects, look for operational opportunities, and attend to logistical needs makes her a critical member of the Newmeasures team. Prior to joining Newmeasures, Alicia was a Project Manager and R & D Administrative Assistant. She received a BS in marketing and management from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. In her free time, Alicia enjoys dancing, camping, shopping, volunteering, and spending time with her family.

She obtained her Masters in Applied Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Colorado State University. Prior to joining Newmeasures, she administered employee surveys and pre-employment testing for a variety of different organizations. Brittany is excited to work with clients to implement surveys that will ultimately help to make a better workplace and further engage employees of various organizations around the world. When she is not working, Brittany likes to garden, spend time with her dogs, and do her part to help the environment.
