The St. Rose Dominican Hospitals, Siena and Rose de Lima Campuses, were recently recognized as top performing hospitals in the MIDAS+ Platinum Quality Award program. The awards are based on the hospitals’ 2009 performance in the ACS MIDAS+ National Comparative Database in key areas of clinical performance.

Both of these hospitals take the Newmeasures Employee Satisfaction/Values Integration Survey to collect employee opinions on a range of organizational topics including recognition, decision-making, innovation, teamwork, conflict resolution, performance feedback, and organizational effectiveness, among others. For the past three years, both Siena and Rose de Lima Campuses consistently scored in the top 20th percentile in our healthcare database on organizational effectiveness.
